Bring power to the community PECH  (MGA). 

17 houses, community center, 

cultural house, tourist restaurant, 2 tourist cabins.
$14,832.58 
(high cost due largely to the tourist facilities--brings 
money into the community--on the far side of the village).

if we include the 2 pech project:17 houses, community center, kindergarten, 2 classrooms cultural house, tourist restaurant, 2 tourist cabins.
TOTAL PECH COSTS    $24,832.58.
